HOW IT WORKS
The appraisal process step by step

Preliminary research
We consult land registry data, zoning plans, the property type, and any particularities or restrictions before the inspection takes place.

Requesting documents
You will receive an overview of the required documents by email. If these documents are available from the selling agent, we will receive them directly.

Scheduling the inspection
The inspection is scheduled as soon as possible at a time that suits you. In the case of a purchase, we coordinate the appointment with the selling agent.

Inspection of the property
During the visit, photos are taken, measurements are recorded, the structural condition is assessed, and the location and surroundings are described.

Preparing the report
The complete NWWI-certified appraisal report is prepared and delivered to you within 1–3 working days after the inspection.
