Appraisal report

Step-by-step plan
We aim to keep the appraisal process as clear and straightforward as possible, following the following steps.
Step 1
Pre-appraisal research
During the preliminary research, we request the cadastral information, review the zoning plan, type of property, and any potential encumbrances.
Step 2
Requesting documents
To expedite the process, you will receive an email from us with an overview of the required documents. If the property is an apartment, recent documents from the Homeowners' Association (VvE) will be needed. If these documents are available with the selling real estate agent, we will obtain them directly.
Step 3
Appointment for property inspection
We will schedule an appointment for the property inspection as soon as possible. If there is a selling real estate agent involved, we will coordinate the appointment with the agent.
Step 4
Property inspection
During the property inspection, various tasks are carried out, including taking photographs, measuring the property's dimensions, assessing its maintenance condition and location, and providing a detailed description.
Step 5
Report preparation
After the property inspection, the report is worked out immediately, and if all the necessary documents are available, the report will be delivered to you via email within 1 to 3 business days.
